Sales Manager
Job Description:

  • Conduct cold calls to targeted companies to prospect for new business and accounts

  • Understand customer requirements and present the appropriate services and solutions to meet the clients’ requirements

  •  Work with the Design team to ensure that the clients’ requirements are applied in the design and creation

  • Prepare and present proposed design concepts and ideas and manage clients’ negotiation to close the sales contracts

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that the print job is on track and adhere to the standards and quality; when required review and approve the design on behalf of the clients

  • Manage Clients feedback and any issues in the course of the project

  • Maintain and develop stronger relationships with existing clients through regular visits, telephone calls and emails

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and projecting annual sales quotas for new business and existing accounts

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; networking and trade events and participating in professional societies

Job Requirements:​

  • Possess a tertiary education or equivalent qualifications in business

  • Has 3-5 years of sales experience in the print media sector

  • Demonstrate sales track record in growing new business and existing accounts
